2. Our legal team will schedule an initial consultation with the attorney to go over your case with you and answer any questions. Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and Legal Plan members are entitled to a Free Complimentary Consultation. All other types of cases may require a Consultation Fee. Please contact our staff regarding our Consultation Fee Policy.
3. Our team will send you a Retainer Agreement for you to sign. A deposit payment prior to commencing work on your case may be required.
